Who is cleaning my place?

All Cleanosaur cleaners are interviewed, and have been professionally trained prior to servicing any of our host rental spaces. Because we rotate our Cleanosaur cleaners often due to demand for our services, the cleaner that serviced your space in the past may not be available to service your space the next time. All of our cleaners however will provide the exact same level of hotel-quality cleaning each and every time they visit your property.

What types of products do you use to clean my space?

We use premium cleaning products such as Method, Seventh Generation, and Mrs. Myers, to clean our client’s spaces. The bulk of the products we use to clean spaces are eco-friendly. Note: we will never use air fresheners, or heavily scented cleaning agents during any part of the cleaning process.

How much time is allotted to my cleaning?

2.5 hours with 1 cleaner for studios

3 hours with 1 cleaner for 1 bedroom

2.5 hours with 2 cleaners for 2 bedrooms

3 hours with 2 cleaners for 3 bedrooms

3.5 hours with 2 cleaners for 4 bedrooms

Can I trust Cleanosaur cleaners?

Cleanosaurs teams of expert cleaners come from the local community. All Cleanosaur cleaners are interviewed, and have been professionally trained prior to servicing any of our host rental spaces.

How does Cleanosaur address safety and security?

We take the safety of our hosts, your guests, and our cleaners and couriers very seriously. We have put in place identification confirmation on all cleaners prior to placing then into service.

Are Cleanosaur cleaners actual employees of Cleanosaur?

Our cleaners are all independent contractors. Each cleaner and courier is thoroughly identity confirmed, interviewed, insured and trained prior to acceptance into the Cleanosaur services program. If Subcontractor Company, then we verify your W-9, Certificate of Liability, and Workman’s Compensation.

Does Cleanosaur screen candidates for its cleaning positions?

Yes. Each Cleanosaur is thoroughly Identity confirmed, interviewed, and trained prior to acceptance into the Cleanosaur services program. If Subcontractor Company, then we verifies your W-9, Certificate of Liability, and Workman’s Compensation.

Does Cleanosaur screen users?

Yes. For the safety of our network of cleaners, Cleanosaur employs various screening methods for all users on the Cleanosaur site.
